Yoga & Ayurveda Day (Mini retreat), includes i.e.
9-10.30am Yoga Integral
11.30am-12.30pm Ayurveda massage / therapy
1.30-3pm Yin Yoga
in Via Sana Yoga & Wellness centre, Avenida de los Europeos 59. Please book in advance.​
Wednesday:
