Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday sessions continue through the winter.
Monday: 8 and 9am Beach Yoga on Playa de La Mata, Avenida del Agua (by chiringuito Pura Vida). Drop in.
Tuesday: 8am or 9am (90min) Beach Yoga whit Ayurveda on Playa de La Mata, Avenida de los Europeos (by Valdes Restaurant). By appointment. If bad weather, we move to the center.
Wednesday:
8am and 9am Beach Yoga on Playa de La Mata, Avenida del Agua (by chiringuito Pura Vida). Drop in.
Thursday:
9:30am Yoga Masterclass in Via Sana Yoga & Wellness centre, Avenida de los Europeos 59. Drop in.​
Friday:
8am and 9am Beach Yoga on Playa de La Mata, Avenida del Agua (by chiringuito Pura Vida). Drop in.
Saturday: 8am or 9am (90min) Beach Yoga whit Ayurveda on Playa de La Mata, Avenida de los Europeos (by Valdes Restaurant). By appointment. If bad weather, we move to the center.
Beach yogas will be cancelled if the weather is bad.
