Sana Personal Training for individuals and small groups, live or online

Strength training, functional training, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and circle training.
Our Personal Trainer can generally help you to gain a better bone density, reduce the risk of osteoporosis and fractures, rehabilitate injuries, improve your neuromuscular system and postural hygiene, and increase your caloric combustion.

Private Yoga classes for individuals, families, friends or companies

Sana Tai Chi and Qigong (Chi Kung) / Private or group classes.

Tai chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for self-defense and health. Known for its slow, intentional movements, tai chi has practitioners worldwide and is particularly popular as a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health.
Qigong is a form of meditative health gymnastics with a five thousand year old history in China. Make your qi - life energy - flow naturally and become focused and balanced. This is "Kung Fu" basics.
